The Five Most Important Questions
Which limiting beliefs have I established (and how do I change them)? (cleaning up) In the first years of life, we absorb an immense amount of knowledge about how the world works—from our families, our environment, and the society around us. At the same time, we interpret our experiences and, often unconsciously, draw conclusions from them. These conclusions solidify into assumptions and beliefs that shape how we see ourselves, life, and the world. Much of this early life knowledge is useful and supports us. Yet some of these beliefs quietly hold us back, restricting what we consider possible—like a self-chosen prison. What if these limitations could simply be dissolved, as if they had never been there at all, and be replaced by much more powerful insights? Related AI App: Letting go of unwanted emotions
How do I experience fulfillment (again)? (feeling up) As children, many of us experienced moments of complete immersion—whether in play, nature, a captivating activity, or simple observation. Time, space, even self-awareness seemed to vanish. We were one with the moment. Even as adults, we can access this state—while working, making music, engaging in sports, or simply being in nature. These are flow states: times of peak effectiveness and minimal resistance. And the good news is—we can cultivate them. Step by step, we can create conditions that allow these moments to occur more frequently in our lives. As they do, we gain access to more available life energy—and with it, a deeper sense of happiness and fulfillment. How would life feel like this?
Where am I on my path of life and which questions (and potential answers) may guide me now? (growing up) From childhood through adolescence, we pass through a series of developmental phases. They unfold uniquely in each of us, yet they follow recognizable patterns. Even after reaching adulthood, our worldview and mindset can undergo profound shifts. Phenomena such as the so-called midlife or meaning crises—manifesting in many different ways—reveal an inherent need for change, one that can sometimes erupt in crisis. What if there were a map of these developmental phases—a guide that also highlights the central questions and themes of each transformative passage—so we could navigate them with greater clarity and move through them more swiftly?
How do I relate to others? (connecting up) Whether consciously or unconsciously, through similarity or difference, we define ourselves by the examples we follow and the comparisons we draw with others. In the course of our development, we move through phases that shift our focus from the ‘we’ to the ‘I,’ and back again—from belonging, to individuation, to engaging as members of society, to shaping life from our own values and going beyond to a holistic world view. We come to know ourselves only as deeply as we understand, embody, and remain connected through our interactions with others. This is why our well-being and the realization of our dreams are profoundly shaped by the breadth and depth with which we perceive and engage with those around us. What if it were possible to open new dimensions of interaction with others? What do I still allow myself to believe is possible?
How do I relate to the unknown? (waking up) What we identify with—who we believe ourselves to be, what we consider desirable or undesirable—comes from our past: ‘I am successful/unsuccessful, confident/insecure, (un)lovable, I (don’t) love myself, I am beautiful/ugly, stupid/intelligent, strong/weak, …,’ and everything in between, with countless other variations to choose from. All of it is the result of our deeply personal, unique history, with its possibilities and its limitations. Liberation from this self-constructed foundation—and restriction—can only come through opening ourselves to what has been rejected and unknown, to what we have not yet recognized as connected to us. Is it possible to open ourselves to the wholeness of creation—and at the same time remain true to ourselves?

… knowing where I stand on my life path and which transformation is calling me now, I lose my compass. The next step becomes harder to take—or the path to true fulfillment may vanish entirely.
-
… reflecting on and deepening my relationships with others, I leave closed one of the richest sources of meaning, joy, and renewal in my life.
